Why choose a tented wedding reception? Tented weddings offer a unique character that is difficult to replicate in a banquet
hall. Most tented receptions take place at a family home or location that holds special meaning to those planning the party.
Whether the event is  formal black tie or a casual barbecue, tented receptions take on the character of the family that is
hosting the celebration. The tented space is simply an extension of home and family.

A tent allows a large event to be hosted at a location you choose. The tent is your personal banquet facility that you have
the flexibility and freedom to decorate and design with little restriction. Your party is not subject to approval or disapproval
decisions made by a banquet hall manager. The choices of decorating, entertainment, food and serving styles are virtually
limitless with the tented event.

Timing logistics are much easier with a tented wedding. Banquet rooms have strict timing restrictions that limit the custom
elements of a party. Most rental companies (but not all) will setup a day or two early at no additional charge. This allows
plenty of time for personalizing your reception. Timing issues such as the start and ending or party are also at the discretion
of the host. The need for a separate after party reception can also be eliminated.

Cost is always a concern when planning a party. When you take into consideration the overall charges of the reception basics
